I sourced a new chiropodist for my parents as they've used a few different services but never been fully satisfied after their appointments. Heidi of HY Foot Health Nottingham gave a full thorough service, which led to my mum being painfree post their visit, which really lifted my mums spirits as she suffers with pain and discomfort in her everyday life due to ailments. Heidi has a frequent service every 6-8 weeks at a reasonable cost which my parents will take up. She's very personable and takes time and care to deliver a great service. I highly recommend her to all.

I had previously had some trouble with a thick and discolored toenail and had visited a chiropodist a year ago. I felt it was time to get some more help as it was increasingly hard for me to cut the toenails on my right foot. My wife also had difficulty in looking after her feet, so we visited Heidi together, one after the other. Heidi was very pleasant and reassuring. She managed to cut my really thick toenail and also dealt with another (broken) nail which could otherwise have caused trouble in the future. I even had a foot massage, which I had never experienced before (enjoyable).
My wife also had a really good experience with Heidi. We shall be returning to the clinic - as we are sure our feet can benefit from some more expert treatment.

Heidi also acknowledged a note on my appointment form that I’d made and made sure I felt comfortable proceeding with the appointment.  Heidi opened the bag of sterilised instruments in front of me and maintained high levels of hygiene throughout the appointment.

The treatment was completely painless and it was clear how much expertise Heidi has. Heidi expertly used a variety of tools and skincare products throughout the appointment to leave my feet looking fabulous.  Heidi explained what my feet would need and supplied a further care sheet which was really helpful.

I honestly cannot believe the difference in my feet from one session, I was expecting to have multiple sessions to see these results. I would recommend Heidi if you are looking for a kind and very efficient Foot Health Practitioner ( I replaced the word Podiatrist with my actual title of Foot Health Practitioner.

She explained everything she was doing and checked in regularly, encouraging me to speak up if anything was painful ( it wasn't). The premises are clean and exactly what I would expect from a clinical environment. Oh, and my feet felt so much better after the first session. Thoroughly recommended.
