Purpose of collecting data

Personal data is collected for the purpose of booking and managing appointments, providing safe and appropriate foot health care, maintaining clinical records, communicating with clients, and meeting legal and insurance requirements.  it is a legal requirement for your information to be held up to 7 years from your last appointment or the date of your 25th birthday if I you are under the age of 18, before it will be destroyed. 

Cancellation Policy

I understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise and appointments need to be rearranged.  

Deposits are required for all 1st and 2nd appointments. Payable by BACS or link for for SumUp via text or WhatsApp.

•    If you cancel 48 hours or more before your appointment, your payment will be transferred to your next booking.
•    If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment, your payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Discounts and Offers

All Discounts and Offers advertised on this website or on any public forum ONLY apply to appointments held within my clinic at NG4 !BQ.

Health & Safety

If at any time during an appointment at my clinic or within your home I feel unsafe I reserve the right to leave without notice and a refund will not be given. 

 If you allow smoking of ANY tobacco products within your home I kindly request that the room is aired and all traces of tobacco smoke is cleared prior to my visit.  If tobacco smoke is present I reserve the right to terminate the appointment and a refund will not be given. 

I am a dog owner myself. I kindly ask that your dog is kept in another room during the appointment.  I have patients that are allergic and cannot endanger them.
