Name, telephone number, email address, home address (for mobile appointments), appointment details,
 and relevant medical information required to provide safe foot health treatments.

Purpose of collecting data

Personal data is collected for the purpose of booking and managing appointments, providing safe and appropriate foot health care, maintaining clinical records, communicating with clients, and meeting legal and insurance requirements.  it is a legal requirement for your information to be held up to 7 years from your last appointment or the date of your 25th birthday if I you are under the age of 18, before it will be destroyed. 

Payment

Deposits are required for all 1st and 2nd appointments. Payable by BACS or link for for SumUp via text or WhatsApp.
PLEASE NOTE from 01.05.26 payment in full is required for all appointments for new patients.

Cancellation Policy

I understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise and appointments need to be rearranged.  

We kindly ask that patients provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice will receive a full refund or if requested can be assigned to a new appointment.

For cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, a refund may not be provided, as this short notice makes it difficult to offer the appointment to another patient. However, if we are able to fill the appointment slot, a full refund will be issued.

Discounts and Offers

All Discounts and Offers advertised on this website or on any public forum ONLY apply to appointments held within my clinic at NG4 !BQ.  Only one promotion or discount can be used at anyone time per person or group.  They are not transferable to 3rd parties.

Health & Safety

If at any time during an appointment at my clinic or within your home I feel unsafe I reserve the right to cancel the appointment without notice and a refund will be issued within 48 hours. 

 If you allow smoking of ANY tobacco products within your home I kindly request that the room is aired and all traces of tobacco smoke is cleared prior to my visit.  If tobacco smoke is present I reserve the right to terminate the appointment and a refund will be issued within 48 hours.

I am a dog owner myself. I kindly ask that your dog or cat is kept in another room during the appointment. 
 If you have an allergy to pet hair then I would suggest that home visits are best done first thing to avid me bringing other patients pet hair into your home.
